Terms of service
• I do not create any content that falls under the category of NSFW (Not Safe For Work).• I do not grant permission for any of my pieces to be used as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).• I do not grant permission for any of my pieces to be used to train or operate AI generators in any manner.• For the artist's protection, full payment upfront is required. I will initiate work on your commission after receiving payment.• Refunds for commissions will not be provided once work on the commission has commenced. Changes in commission details following the initial payment may lead to adjustments in the commission price.• Engaging my services for commercial purposes will always necessitate an additional fee or royalties.• I retain the right to showcase this work on various platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and other websites or social media. This includes the final product, live streams, time-lapse videos, and any reference images you have provided.• It is not permissible to claim my artwork as your own, trace it, or heavily reference it (as determined by the artist) and present it as your creation.• My signature must remain intact on commissioned pieces at all times, without exception.• The completed work will be delivered in the requested file format.• I, the artist, maintain the right to decline or cancel a commission without being obligated to provide a reason.• If unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing a commission, I will offer the portion of the work that has been finalized at a cost corresponding to its value. A refund for the remaining unfinished portion will also be provided.
Copyright and Usage GuidelinesAs the artist, I retain full ownership rights to the created artwork, and these rights do not transfer to the client. This signifies that I have the authority to:-Utilize the artwork for self-promotion.
-Showcase the artwork on any social media platform.
-Exhibit the artwork in any chosen location.The client is permitted to use the artwork in the following ways:-Solely for personal use.
-Share the artwork on their social media profiles and/or employ it for self-promotion, provided proper credit is given to the artist.Activities falling under copyright infringement include:-Reproducing or using the artwork for commercial purposes.
-Claiming credit for the artwork's creation.
-Removing watermarks or signatures.
-Modifying the artwork without obtaining written consent from me, the artist.**Should you wish to acquire commercial rights to the artwork, the cost will always be 200% of the original price, alongside an official invoice for this transaction. Upon obtaining commercial rights, the client gains the privilege to create merchandise using the artwork, incorporate it into books, covers, props, make alterations, and promote their brand with the stipulation that credit is provided for the artwork's usage, even if modifications have been made. It's important to note that under no circumstances is the client allowed to reproduce or display my art without appropriate credit, even after acquiring commercial rights.
